    Hello
    I purchased various licences in the past. Some of them I guess didn’t get assigned yet. I just tried one of them on a new site…but it says “This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”
    Where can I see to which site this code already got asigned? It doesn’t show up in “Manage Licence”.

    UPDATE

    Results that I DID have two accounts with themeco 🙂

    Now, it appears that due to the two accounts, I accidently assigned two licences with the same website.

    Question:

    1. Will it cause any problems on the web if I un-assign one of those licences? Does it matter which one?
    2. Can I assign this code without any problem on a new website?

    Hey there,

    Glad you found your other account.

    1. It does not matter which account because you can assign or un-assign your licenses to any website of your choosing.
    2. Yes. It would be best to make sure you clear or un-assign a used license first before assigning it to a different site.
