    I have a purchase code that says it is already associated with another account. As this is the only account I know of, I am not sure what’s going on.
    I’d appreciate some help.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase code

    Hey There,

    Your license is transferred and now available in your account. Keep in mind that requests like this are manual out of the normal support requests and need to be handled on a system level so those will take longer than normal support requests.
