How come my products are showing up differently in my preview when setting up which is the way I want it, vs what I am getting on my site?

It seems you have two instances of shop index page?

Hi There,

Thanks for the login details.

You might need to ask your hosting if there are using any cache to save your images and please also clear any cache on your site and browsers. For browser, you can use incognito so that it will not save any cache.
