    Hello,
    I have a problem with activating my website.
    I think the letter “ö” in the domain “cdu-bösel.de” was not recognized.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. It seems you are using very older version of X. Let’s update the theme manually for now first. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

    You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

    Also please follow the installation video to understand it better – https://community.theme.co/kb/theme-installation/

    Hello,
    Thanks for your help, but now i become this Message: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

    Edit: The same issue with a different Purchase Code.
    Edit 2:I have now bought a new license. The same error.
