Hi there,

I am having problems validating X Theme.

When I insert the purchase code and hit enter, it says:

“Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.” And when I click on Details, I get the following error message:

I have searched the support forum, but didn’t find a solution. All files are up to date. Could you please help?

By the way, the website is http://www.beijaflore.com.br. Meanwhile, I am trying to edit the website with Cornerstone, but apparently it’ll only work once the X Theme license is validated.

Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

I managed to figured it out.

I did an php upgrade 5.5 to 5.6 and reinstall curl.
