    Hi,

    I recently went to update my X Theme and the update failed. It said I need to validate the license. I did so and i received the error message that my purchase code has already been validated but I do not see it listed in my validated licenses.

    Please help, thanks!

    Hello Josh,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Themeco Account credentials
    – Your purchase code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Josh,

    My own purchased code works on your site. So the issue is really on your purchased code, please check on your Manage licenses page and see if that purchased code above is assigned to a different domain. If so please re-assign it by pressing the small x icon next to it.
