    I’ve got a curious question:

since an update some weeks ago on the site of my client the number of products on a row is totally messed up.
It was set to 3. When I do that, the product row breaks after the first product and continues with 2 products on a second row. Then another row, again 1 picture, break and 2 products stuck to eachother.

For the time being we focused this on 1 product row but it is supposed to be 3 products per row.

    Who can help me?

    kind regards
    Jarno

    Hi there,

Thanks for the credentials. It seems you are using some WooCommerce extensions. Would you kindly deactivate those and check again?

Let us know what you find.

I have also tried 1,2,3, and 4 products per row. Even with 2 products per row, it is not shown correctly. then the row breaks after each product.

It does not seem to work properly.

    kind regards
    Jarno

    Hi there,

According to changelog page http://theme.co/changelog/, current version of x is compatible with woocommerce v2.6.3.
Please downgrade the plugin, clear cache and check again.

    Hope it helps.

    Hello Jarno,

Thanks for updating in! We at Themeco always make sure that the X theme follows the standards with WordPress and other plugins like WooCommerce. For example, when we released X 4.6.0, it had issues with WooCommerce 2.6.x so several days after, we release another update to cover and resolve the issues encountered and that was last July 26, 2016. Regretfully right after we release the update, WooCommerce on the other hand release another update which is the version 2.6.4. You can check out this in the changelogs:
    https://theme.co/changelog/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/changelog/

Most of the time, when a top plugin has issues such as WooCommerce, as long as this plugin is not stable, then we cannot simply prepare or release yet a stable X theme. In the following days, as soon as we are done with testing then it is ready, we will be releasing a new X theme update to cover 2.6.4.

Back at you site, I did some digging and I found out that you are using a child theme. Correct? And that you have added WooCommerce template overrides and several of those Woo template files within your child theme is outdated (http://prnt.sc/c8ta1u). This could be the cause of the issue that you are now facing. To know how you can update these templates, please check out these documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi Jarno,

That does not happen often and should not be a problem to worry about now.

    Hope it helps
