    when I click on a product in my shop, the product page only shows the header and menu, no other content. My site is https://melaninmoments.com WordPress 4.5.4, Woocommerce Version 2.5.5, Cornerstone Version 1.3.1, X Version 4.6.1. The site has been up for almost a year, But this problem has just appeared recently. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! X 4.6.2 and Cornerstone 1.3.2 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    I updated the theme and Cornerstone, but I am still having the issue with the product pages not showing any content: https://melaninmoments.com/product/english-gift-wrap-set/ Any idea what might be causing this?

    Hi There,

    It could be the fatal PHP error prevents the content to show.

    In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link login to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / Password
    – FTP Account

    Don’t forget to select Set as a private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Upon investigating your issue, I see the following error. 

    
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_product_attachment_props() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/x/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php on line 28

    Try updating your PHP version to at least v5.6.0 to avoid any incompatibility issues as WordPress recommends it. Also X is compatible with WooCommerce v2.6.4 (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/), so that you can try updating your WooCommerce also.

    I did that php update and that did not seem to help, but then I did the WooCommerce update and that did the trick.
