scholaryParticipantHi,
We’ve just noticed that product pages appear to be broken on a client site after upgrading to WooCommerce 2.6.1. This may have been an issue in WooCommerce 2.6.0 too.
It would appear that a single product has lost it’s container, so is full width (without any margin).
I’m not sure how to make this post private, otherwise I’d share a screenshot/details.
Please advise. Thankyou.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
It is looking good on my end. I have tested in PC Firefox and Chrome.
Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes on which device? Would you mind to clean your browser cache and check it again?
Thanks
Joao

hipneckParticipantThe same thing happened to me. The product page template was not something I had overridden, so I wasn’t able to see if it had been modified in the update based on the list of custom templates WC told me to update.
The layout is full-width and I can’t change it. The product image is gone, although it is there when I go to edit the product.
As you know, Joao, I’ve cleared all my caches millions of times. I’m not currently running CloudFlare or WP Rocket, since I’m working on content & layout today.
If it helps, I’m on Windows 10 running Chrome, but this happens on every browser/device I’ve checked.
EDIT: I am looking into the templates while I wait for the Themeco gurus to respond. 🙂

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.

hipneckParticipantHow was this resolved for you, scholary? It hasn’t been fixed for me and I have cleared the caches, etc. I also have Cloudflare on PAUSE and have disabled WP Rocket. I can’t see anything strange about the Woocommerce Templates, but then again, I don’t know much about those anyway…

JoaoModeratorHi @hipneck, on his specific case seems that the issue was related to his hosting service cache.
In order that we can have a look on your case would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Also provide every detail you might judge necessary. I could recommend you also testing for plugin conflict with another Woocommerce plugins which might not have be updated to work with v2.61 yet.
Thanks,
Joao

hipneckParticipantIt was WooCommerce Product Details Customiser! Not a big deal, I was only using one thing in it anyway.
