I recently purchased your theme and installed the woocommerce plugin. I created some product categories and associated products to them.
somehow it doesn’t work (see e.g. http://web410.sr33.firestorm.ch/maaf/product-category/kites/)
can I ask you to check where the problem is?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank you for providing the WP credentials and the additional information. I have checked the issue and I found the solution. Right after you install WooCoommerce, you should update the permalinks since you have already set it up. Updating the permalinks will include the permalink settings for WooCommerce pages and product pages. The issue has been resolved now.

I don’t know why, but the pages simply started to work again… would you mind just telling me how to create the variations? as what I did for the above product (http://web410.sr33.firestorm.ch/maaf/wp-admin/post.php?post=6728&action=edit) does not seem to work

It looks like by removing the spaces into the attribute listing the problem has been solved – please ignore all my questions 😉

Hey Andrea,
I have updated the permalinks in Settings > Permalinks. No changes were made, I simply click the Save Changes button to update the permalinks. This is why the product page is now working.
