LelyModeratorHi There,
Please double check the provided password. It is not working when I tried to login.
For the mean time, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. I also notice that you have caching plugin. Please make sure to clear cache before checking again. Do let us know how this goes.January 12, 2017 at 4:44 am #1327013

Paul RModeratorHi,
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin(WooCommerce Product Filter). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

bezambarParticipantI have had the product filter plugin activated for a while and this problem hasn’t occurred until now. Also this is not only on the archive page where the product filter is activated it also occurs on pages where I call the products onto the page.
