Tyson at RPTCParticipantHello,
My company bought the X Theme a few months back to create our website, we now need to further extend our website through subdomains and membership sections where clients can check the status of their transaction and other third party referrers can check the status of their transactions.
However, after installing X Theme, it asked for my Product ID, I entered it and was given this message:
“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account”
Which is fairly upsetting, seeing as its the same domain name, and it not being used in any commercial use. It is simply to further extend our ability to communicate with the various parties we work with. Furthermore, reading from this support post:
https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/using-theme-on-multiple-domains/Themeco Reps have stated more than once that subdomains were fine, because it is the same domain and that it is not being use commercially. I need a fix for this ASAP.
Thank you.

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
License or Purchase Code works on multisites or even multiple isntalls as long as they are on the same domain. For example http://www.yourdomain.com/region1 to http://www.yourdomain.com/region7 will work, however region1.yourdomain.com will not work and will require separate licenses for each if you are doing separate installs.
Let us know if this helps!
