    Hi, the product purchase code is coming up as invalid as i tried to validate the theme.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! To validate X, please do the following:
    1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license code.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Every time i click the link through to register for access is gives me this error: Your code appears to be invalid. Please make sure you have entered the correct purchase code.

    My client purchased the theme through a US VPN, could this be the problem?

    Yeah, i’ve tried that but it wont accept the purchase code, it just rejects it.

    27b922ae-43b0-41a8-98ac-e4da8bf2d8ae This purchase code is not a valid purchase code. Make sure / cross check that this is indeed the purchase code of your X theme purchase as it does not validate meaning it’s not a x purchase code.
