I’ve got problems after my site crashed few weeks ago
I’ve reinstalled X theme and my child theme and updated X. Everything works fine on my frontend.
But since i can’t install any of the x integrated plugins neither update cornerstone or any plugins
X says internal problem without any details
My license seems ok and activated.

I’ve downloaded from envato the .txt x-theme-license
The number this file send me was different than the first one whith which i’ve activated my site before it crashed few weeks ago.
But activating with the new code did’nt solve my problem (no update available for plugins neither for cornerstone)May 17, 2016 at 5:03 am #995167

Please follow the steps to revalidate your product :
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
If you need further assist, please provide us with login credentials.

ledainguParticipantSorry but after following each steps
it is always the same problemIt seems that 2 different codes are provided on my account even if i’ve only purchased one license :
1- The first number with which i activated my site last august before it crashed.
2- The newer one which i took from the downloaded .txt mentionned in the new tutorial.They are both similar except the end of the fisrt one terminated by %2B added.
Both are waiting for assigning my site (i’ve purchase only one license)

i clear cache and disabled all third party plugin as you asked
i’m waiting for an answer to reactivate my plugin as so site is offline while we ere trying to solve this problem !!! 🙂

This is more of a internal caching issue related. I was able to resolve your issue and tested using a temporary license key. Please validate your site again by head over to X Addons section and then you should be able to install/update X extensions.
