    Hi There,

    I also could not login.

    Please confirm that you have installed as this:

    wp-content/themes/x —-> for your main x theme

    wp-content/themes/x-child —-> for your child theme

    You can download the child theme from: https://community.theme.co/child-theme/

    Plese provide a screenshot from your wp-content/themes folder

    and from inside the folders wp-content/themes/x-child and
    wp-content/themes/x

    Let us know how it goes,

    The preview didn’t work neither on parent or child theme. Please check the solutions provided in https://community.theme.co/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-customizer/ and let us know how it goes.
