    Hello!
    The url of the page I’m having problems with is http://maxraye.wpengine.com/music/

    On the page I have two soundcloud embeds, one using an iframe and the other using the wordpress shortcode. The codes are for the same playlist on SC. However, the WP shortcode doesn’t work. The iframe embed works for me, but doesn’t seem to be reliable, and loads slowly. Is it a conflict with x that prevents the WP shortcode embed from working? What can I do to get that method to work?

    Hi there,

    Self-hosted WordPress core code simply doesn’t have such shortcode. It is an extra addition at wordpress.com service.

    You would need to add custom code for it or research for a plugin that implements such shortcode.
