FesevarInnovacionesParticipantI’ve been having problems with the plugin since saturday (and I know you are aware of the problems).
I just installed the new version (5.3.0.2) and our main slider works fine (like last week), but it creates a new problem with some devices: it works fine on my computer (Windows 7 + Chrome/Firefox/IE) and on a iPhone 6+ but the page (not the slider) doesn’t load on another computer (Windows 10 + Chrome) and on my phone (Android 4.3.0/Chrome 53.0.2785.124).
Maybe is a setting but I can’t fix it.
I’ll add the credentials to our website below. Thanks.

FesevarInnovacionesParticipantI already did. I purged all caches on the site and on the devices and it keeps happening.
One new thing I noticed is that the page loads fine, but as soon as the slider finishes loading, the content dissapear and the background pattern is all that’s left.
I checked the developer console and it shows no warning or conflict so I think it must be some plugin’s setting, but I can’t find it.
What’s funny is that the Text Type cursor still shows and moves.

I just checked it on Windows 10, iPad, and android browsers and the two sliders are displaying okay. please clear your cache before testing.

FesevarInnovacionesParticipantI changed our CDN settings, I deactivated W3 Total Cache, I modified dozens of things… and I finally found a fix :’)
I had an image filter on both sliders (X-pro II and Slumber). Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge were rendering the images with a yellow filter instead of the selected ones, so I changed the setting to remove the filters and now everything is fine in all devices… let’s hope it stays that way ^-^’
If it’s a bug with the filter option, maybe ThemePunch can work something out so it doesn’t happen to other users.
