Thanks for writing in! It appears that you were using a legacy child theme. I went ahead and fixed this child theme issue. To find out more about the child theme issue, please check this topic: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/child-theme-updates/
Regarding the Slider Revolution, please update it to version 5.3.0.2. You can do that by going to the plugins section or in Dashboard > Updates.

Please remove revslider folder from wp-content/plugins. Then install revolution slider that comes bundled with X from X addons page.

After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. “The issue was related to unstarted InnoDB MySQL engine, so we have restarted the Mysql service and installed Slider Revolution plugin.”
The issue is now fixed.
