tamala pParticipantI have tried to validate my website for Pinterest and nothing is working. I have tried the following methods :
1- Installing the “Insert Headers and Footers” Plugin and inserting the Meta Tag in the Headers Section.
2- Inserting the Meta Tag in the Pinterest Validation for Yoast SEO
3- Inserting the Meta Tag through the WordPress Dashboard :
Appearance
Editor
Header.phpThe meta tag is <meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”f2956fda86169e69d01cd6db34fac0ac”/>

ChristianModeratorHey Tamala,
For us to know if this is an issue with X, please switch to the default WordPress theme and try validating Pinterest.
Let us know the result.
Thanks.

tamala pParticipantHello,
I don’t know what the default WordPress theme is, but I switched it to another theme named Aggregate. The pinterest validation did not work on that theme either.
I must be doing something incorrectly. Can you advise me how to validate my website in the X Theme dashboard ?
Note: Pinterest states that you cannot validate a drag and drop website builder. Im not sure if X Theme qualifies as a drag and drop.

ChristianModeratorHey Tamala,
The steps you did earlier should do the job but since it doesn’t work, the issue might be on your Pinterest setup. It would be best to seek help from a third party developer to investigate your case closely. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/
Thanks.
