Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.

@media only screen and (min-width: 1400px) {
.home video.resizelistener {
  top: -300px !important;
}
}

The given credentials is not working. The usernames seems to be invalid. Please double check it again.
For the meantime, please do check out documentation on how you can properly use html5 video in your slider with regards to video sizing and video settings. You can check it here:

I manage to make it stop crop the image. However is still to big it should be way smaller than this… is croping allot of blank space

Hi there,

The grid size should match the aspect ratio of your video.

Video size is 1244×700 which is equivalent to 16:9 aspect ratio. I went ahead and change your slider grid size to 960×540 which is the same as 16:9. Then I added the video as layer instead of background.

It still not right… there is allot of blank space being croped out!!

The whey you did there is a pause sign in the midle of the video… and still cropping all blank space in the side…

Please fix or give me real solution

Hello I have manage to make it in the right ratio! Now there is only two small lines under and on top of it.
