    Please help. I have entered my purchase code but my site is still showing as invalidated. This is a follow up mail as I am not sure whether the previous one was sent.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase Code
