Pernilla PParticipantHello!
I have a problem with my checkout with Stripe. When the customer has entered all details and then press “pay” this message comes up: “Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”
I have contacted Stripe, who said it may have to do with Woocommerce and I have contacted Woocommerce who said I should change theme and uninstall all plugins. So I had a developer check it for me and he said it has to do with the theme. So here I am. ASking you to help me. The developer said it has to do with the JQuery and that it is a conflict in the theme, because when he changes the theme it works just fine! Can you please help me? I have put the Stripe checkout in testmode, so it is free to test if it works for you.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
If you have custom JS in Appearance > Customize > Custom > Global Javascript, please remove them and test again. If that doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorI see you’re using Autoptimize. Would you mind clearing its cache and deactivating then check if the issue persists. If that doesn’t help, please keep all third party plugins deactivated while we investigate. Or, you could copy your site over to a staging server so we could test there without affecting your live site.
Thanks.

Pernilla PParticipantThank you very much for your help, it was the Autoptimize plugin that created the problem!
