Hello team.

I have some issues with licences.

I own 2 X theme licences , one of them is used on the website http://www.stanleyross.lu
but the other one I switch it occasionally in 2 temporary sites I experiment in order to learn X.

The temporary sites are under the domains
http://www.domainhosting.gr and subdomain
test1.domainhosting.gr

Now the problems :

First , under my licences section it appears that I have 3 all though I’ve only bought 2.
Something must be bugged there.

And second , I try to activate X by pasting the licence in wordpress admin area to my subdomain test1.domainhosting.gr , but I get a blank page , no error message or something else.

Any ideas how to fix these things ?

Update

I’ve managed to find the reason of the blank page. It was a plugin conflict.

But, the problem is now that when I enter my licence , i get the message
‘Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.’
all though i’ve asssigned the url in my licences page. Any ideas how to fix this ?

Thanks for writing in and for updating the thread. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials
– License/Purchase code assigned to this site

Update no.3

Managed to enter the licence and validate it !! Seems ok now !!

The only problem that remains is that my account still says I have 3 licences , but I’ve bought only 2.
