I noticed that Appearance->Customize will let me make changes. However, when I click the “Save & Publish” button, the little circle spins but the button never changes. When I click the “X” to return to the dashboard, the browser asks “Are you sure you want to leave this page?”.

I updated the theme but the problem didn’t go away. I thought “There’s a plugin that’s causing an issue”. So I tried disabling a few but the problem didn’t go away.

I called to my hosting provider and told me there is no problem with it.

I also set WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 256M

Cleared the browser cache and cookies. Scanned my computer for malware. Rebooted. Still no good.

I need a solution urgently.

Hi There,

Upon checking your website, I see some JS errors.

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I’ve tried and disabled plugins and solves the problem by disabling “essential grid” but it is a plugin very important for the page I am developing. Before, I used the plugin with the theme X without any problem and suddenly began to fail. Is there any solution ?, because as I said before is a plugin that I need.

Essential Grid is tested well with X as it’s an integrated plugin. I have tried to test and found some network error while processing the request – http://prntscr.com/cv0ily

It could be related to your hosting environment. If your hosting limits your memory then you can’t increase through config file. Let’s ask them about the errors and they might find something helpful.
