first noticed this problem earlier today where on first load the slider fails to load although space for slider is present (i.e. scroll bar present) and having run a number of test on WebPagetest.org the symptom seems to be repeatable as first view repeatedly missing slider content and repeat view slider present.

I can let you have logins if needed but will have to disable 2 factor login to do so so please ask although I am hoping you are aware of this issue and can point me in the right direction without it?

Hi, site is https://365-sussex.com on home page above masthead is a 3 image slideshow which works OK issue is that when I first hit site the slides area is blank on refresh it loads slideshow, if you visit webpagetest.org you will see on first load page is blank and loaded on refresh

Hi there,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
