    Hello!
    I think I need help.
    I’m having problems with my web. When I enter the main me the message “Record not found” appears. I think this may be caused to the Slider Revolution plugin, but do not know how to fix it. Any ideas?

    On the other hand. I can not update the Slide Revolution. I have activated the Themeco X. But the plugin appears as enabled me and not let me update it.
    Do I have to buy the plugin Revolution Slide addition to the template to use it?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for providing the credentials! Upon checking your site it looks like there is an issue with your homepage content, when I changed the homepage, site started to work fine. Did you edit the Cornerstone page outside the Cornerstone? Please review your homepage content to fix the issue.

    Hi There,

    I have tested a bit your website and my conclusion is that the problem is not at the Revolution Slider Plugin itself.

    I have imported and tested our agency slide and it is working fine and I was able to build a page with it.

    On the other hand the slider “prueba” seems to be corrupt.

    If you want to recover your home page. you could try deleting the slider prueba and recreating another with the same name. I am really not sure if that would work, but if you have a lot of content on your home page is worthed the shot.

    You also can follow this steps:

    Delete Slide prueba.

    Turn Off Revolution slider

    Open your page on Cornerstone

    Delete Revolution Slider Element.

    Turn On Revolution Slider

    Open the page again, place agency slide or any new slide you create for testing.

    Hi There,

    I have checked and you have the lastest Revolution Slider that is available with X.

    You can follow this by checking our changelog:

    https://theme.co/changelog/

    Note that we dont keep always the latest version of the bundled thirdparty plugins because we need to test them for compatibility with the theme after they have been changed from the plugin developer.

    But for now you are good with updated and fully functionally Revolution Slider.
