Hi!
I´m starting a new site and i´m having a problem;
When i go to section Customize it doesnt load, or when i try to go to custom css (Inside customize) it doesnt work,
I looks like a pluggin incompatitbility, could you help me?

Hi,

1. There is a syntax error(missing brackets) in your css code.

I went ahead and fix it for you.

.x-navbar .desktop .x-nav > li > a:hover, .x-navbar .desktop .x-nav > .x-active > a, .x-navbar .desktop .x-nav > .current-menu-item > a {
    box-shadow: inset 0 4px 0 0 #eac67e;
}

2. Customizer is working fine on my end. Can specify what is not working.

Hi!

It´s still not working for me, i tried adding to wp.config.php this;
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

as i saw in a post of your forum but still not working,
Do you know what could be happening?

Hi again,

Another support member here, I cheeked your Customizer and it’s working fine on my end. You can try clearing your browser’s cache and reload the site.

Hello There,

I am another staff checking this thread! I have checked your customizer and I do not have any problem loading it. You can check it here: http://prntscr.com/dq79ks

I would recommend that you use Chrome’s incognito mode and test your site again.
Please let us know how it goes.
