My attorney needs to know some answers to a few questions so she can draft the privacy policy for our website. She asked me to direct them to my web developer and since I have a WordPress site with the X theme I guess your the developer. Anywho, I’d really appreciate answers to the following questions
1. Does the website use web beacons to access cookies, to count users who visit the website or who open HTML-formatted email messages?
2. Is any of the above information ever provided to third parties (service providers and contractors)? If yes, please list all above information.
3. Could any of the above information potentially ever be sold to a third party? If yes, please list all above information.
4. Who can access all of the above information?
5. How is all of the above information stored?Thanks in advance!
