epalamaraParticipantThe checkmark and x icons for the pricing table are not displaying. I have been using icon_list_item type=check and icon_list_item type=times as shown in this example [http://demo.theme.co/renew-1/shortcodes/responsive-pricing-table/] but it is not working on our website anymore. I have tried rebuilding the tables and even started a new test page but they are not displaying.
What is going on?
Here is our page: http://www.bullseyelocations.com/pricing

epalamaraParticipantAlso we are running WordPress 4.4.4, and X theme version 4.3.4 installed, and Visual Composer version 4.3.5.

RupokMemberHi there,
As I can see, you are using X v4.3.4 with X Shortcodes. Note that X Shortcode has been deprecated long ago and replaced by Cornerstone. You need to update your Theme and remove X Shortcodes from your site.
Make sure to keep a backup of your site.
Cheers!

LelyModeratorHi There,
Cornerstone is a front editor. We have to create the page again using Cornerstone. Unfortunately, there’s no way to just switch to an editor and just carry all it’s content. We have to build the page again using Cornerstone. Although, once Cornerstone is installed, the shortcode will still work on your current pages that is build using default Visual/Text editor. Just take note that the shortcodes are now prefixed with x_ like below:
[x_pricing_table columns="3"] [x_pricing_table_column title="Basic" currency="$" price="39" interval="Per Month"][x_icon_list][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Widgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Wadgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Wedgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="times" style="color: red;"]Wodgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="times" style="color: red;"]Gizmos[/x_icon_list_item][/x_icon_list][x_button shape="rounded" href="#example" title="Example"]Sign Up Today![/x_button] [/x_pricing_table_column] [x_pricing_table_column featured="true" featured_sub="Featured" title="Plus" currency="$" price="59" interval="Per Month"][x_icon_list][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Widgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Wadgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Wedgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]Wodgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="times" style="color: red;"]Gizmos[/x_icon_list_item][/x_icon_list][x_button shape="rounded" size="x-large" href="#example" title="Example"]Sign Up Today![/x_button][/x_pricing_table_column] [x_pricing_table_column title="Premium" currency="$" price="89" interval="Per Month"][x_icon_list][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Widgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Wadgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]All Wedgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]Wodgets[/x_icon_list_item][x_icon_list_item type="check"]Gizmos[/x_icon_list_item][/x_icon_list][x_button shape="rounded" href="#example" title="Example"]Sign Up Today![/x_button][/x_pricing_table_column] [/x_pricing_table]Hope this helps.

epalamaraParticipantI’m not sure the updates went through correctly. It never downloaded Cornerstone when I made the updates. I added the plugin myself, but I don’t see how it’s being used with X. I tried add your x_ prefix but it just broke it.
See the example here: https://www.staging.bullseyelocations.com/pricing-test
When I deactivated X Shortcodes it broke the entire site, so how can I fix the pricing table issue but keep all my existing content as is?July 12, 2016 at 10:11 pm #1084158
