davelynch2ParticipantHi there
I’ve just created a new website and using the Icon 3 template.
I would like the posts to look as they do in the demo for the theme and also as they appear in the Guide for shortcodes.
The posts seem to have a ‘feature image’ which shows on the ‘post’ page or in the side panel. The image also looks as though it’s in a frame and the image is a permalink.
I’ve setup a test post with a featured image but the it doesn’t look like my description above.
Look forward to your help.
Kindest regards

LelyModeratorHello Dave,
Thank you for the URL.
Upon checking, the structure of your post is different from the original recent post element. See attached screenshot. It’s either there’s a plugin or custom code that is overriding the default recent post element:http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/shortcodes/recent-posts/.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.Hope this helps.

davelynch2ParticipantHi Lely
Thanks so much for getting back and your suggestions.
It’s certainly a plugin conflict – Optimizepress! It’s gone.
Cheers
