Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Since you have a valid Slider Revolution license code, I would highly suggest that you contact there support personally. Having said that, it’s better off that you communicate with their support so that they can investigate the issue right away. This may have been a bug or conflict with their latest release of the plugin and with the Related post addon.
Thank you for your understanding.

shamrockozParticipantSupport,
This answer surprises me.
It matters little that I have a license code for Slider Rev. There is a conflict with X theme and one of your extensions – this should be resolved between you and ThemePunch rather than me and ThemePunch.
But – I will reach out to them.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I apologize if you were bothered with my reply. If I may ask, what should be the output of the Related post addon?
I have tested this plugin in your site. I have activated Twenty Sixteen theme and this is the result:

I was wondering if you could enlighten me on what should I expect to see when this addon is active. Because at the moment I am still seeing the same when being used within X as shown below:

shamrockozParticipantRue,
I was playing around with various Blog display options, from Slider Rev to Essential Grid to The Grid.
At this point, I have abandoned looking at SR for this purpose and therefore do not need the addon.
All I can say at this point … the addon and X do not work together. I have sent a ticket to Themepunch and my part of this equation is done.
Since this is an extension offered by X – I would suggest working with Themepunch to find a solution in case someone on this forum who does not have a full license with SR has the same issue.
I know I have not really answered your question about what I expect from the plugin – I don’t really know as I have veered off the SR Blog path.
Cheers,
Steve

Rue NelModeratorHey Steve,
Thanks for the updates! I am not sure what to see when the SR Related Post addon is active. And that is why I have compared it by activating the twenty sixteen theme. It is the best way to test whether X is at fault or not. And since they just display the same, I will be forwarding this to our developers. They are the ones in charge and the one who can communicate with the creators of Slider revolution. They can both discuss this further.
Best Regards.
