    Hi there,

Somehow I am now unable to add featured content to the post carousel in Ethos.

Currently it is set to random. If set to ‘featured’ no posts come up. I did note that the category’featured disapeared so I added another with same name.

My preference is for posts with featured images by latest date.

    Many thanks

    Lee

    Hi Lee,

Make sure you have some posts set as “Featured”. You can choose which posts you would like to appear in this location in the post meta options – http://prntscr.com/d48af3

    Cheers!

hiya I don’t have that as a choice in my post setting choices. I wondered why I couldn’t find it.

    Hi There,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

When you post carousel featured option, you also need to set a featured image to your posts. You can simply Edit your posts and set a featured image (https://snag.gy/XyMfP6.jpg).

    Hope that helps.

    I have done that

The problem is that my post settings do not have a choice for post carousel display

    Hi there,

It’s same on your site and certainly it exists. All you need to check the “Ethos Post Settings” under “Screen Options” – http://prntscr.com/d4ooke

I have checked that, now check again.

    Cheers!
