John1979ParticipantI can’t say this is 100% X related, but I figured it’s worth sharing just in case. I’m using an Amazon API Plugin to import products & images from Azon into Woo. This plugin automatically selects the featured image during importing. Any other images from Amazon are added to the featured gallery section directly below the featured image. I didn’t like a handful of the featured images, so I edited each of their Woo Product Pages. To edit, I simply clicked on the featured image, which opens the media area. I used the “uploaded to this product filter,” selected my new image, “set product image,” and updated. Thought nothing more of it. I later began to notice several of my product page galleries were messed up, as seen in the attached pics. (Zoomed out for this purpose) I tried several of the child theme tricks for Woo, regenerated a dozen times, reordered the gallery pics, and still nothing. As I was looking at the one of the product pages from the front end, I realized that I never removed the image I was now using as my featured image, from the featured gallery section. I deleted the duplicate gallery image, updated, and the problem was gone. Please note: this didn’t happen on every featured image I changed, but most. Is it WP, Woo, X, the Amamzon API Plugin, I can’t say. I did kill a good part of the day on it though and hope this will spare someone else the same headache potentially. Everything I’m using is at its current version, just to eliminate that thought:) For what it’s worth…

John1979ParticipantAlready did, at least in my case. It’s a weird anomaly, but just wanted to toss it out there for other niche site geeks:) Thank you though!

John1979ParticipantDid you actually read my post? I figured out the issue on my own and was just trying to share what I learned with the X Community and X developers. I explained it step by step… Slow down friend! You have a nice theme, but true WP developers want great support and helpful forums where members can also help each other. That’s what keeps developers buying more licenses from a particular theme company. X is well done, easy to understand, etc. Provide great support and you’ll be Avada successful. In other words, please read the whole message before you reply to anyone. We’re not all brand new WP users.
