I want to replace some of the default Agency images that are used as paralax images in the gaps, but am not sure of the settings in Photoshop. Do you have a template? Thanks.
If you don’t have a PSD, just the basic Photoshop settings to achieve that look. It looks like there’s a image superimposed over a color with translucency, and possible a filter. Thank you.

You can achieve a similar look by choosing an image with similar tones and putting a later of a dark blue color over with transparency, it is really about testing until you achieve what you are looking for, unfortunately there are not files to be provided regarding this.
