awParticipantPortfolio filtering appears to be flawed. Filtering is done using Javascript in the front end: it is only filtering what is on the page right currently.
Example scenario: There is a total of 10 pages of Portfolio posts. All the posts categorised ‘Tips’ are on the 4th page. If we select ‘Tips’ on the first page, no items will appear because they are on the fourth page.
The workaround is to show ALL Portfolio posts. However, this has other issues in terms of page load time.
Additionally, if you use the filter to select a category and then click the pager, the selected category is lost as it’s not passed in the URL, causing all Portfolio posts (uncategorised) to be displayed again.
PS. Edited subject was pagination, but it should have been filtering.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! You are right. Filtering works within the page for the loaded content only. It’s technically difficult to apply filtering for all content due to some limitation of how WordPress works. It’s already on our feature list and our developers will do it when it’s possible to do so. We want this feature as well.
Cheers!
