    Hi There,

    It appears that I have some kind of issue with my portfolio page recognizing my portfolio categories and pieces, as it is showing up blank. Could you help me with this? The link is http://carynmassey.com/portfolio/

    Did you add the portfolio items from the tool bar?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.


    @otmads     please create a new thread so we could check you setup also.

    Hi there,

    Your given credentials is not working. However it seems you didn’t select the page template to “Layout-Portfolio” rather it’s just a default template. Let’s change the tempalte to “Layout-Portfolio” and make sure to add some portfolio items.
