    Hi there,

I have checked the page (http://aprillui.co.uk/permanent-makeup-images) and the filter seems working fine. Would you specify what’s wrong with the category as it seems fine from my end?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Did you edit the theme files by any chance? Kindly try re-installing a fresh copy of the theme and check again.

    Thanks!

    Hi There,

Wordpress is CMS that work on a database, all of your informations are stored on the database, so you won´t lose anything.

    Please do the following:

    1. Revoke your License from X Addons section (check the bottom of the page) and also remove it from your license page on Themeco.

    https://community.theme.co/my-licenses/

    2. Temporary disable any caching plugins and purge all your server cache.

    3. Delete both X theme (/wp-content/themes/x) and Cornerstone plugin (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone) by connecting to your FTP (your settings will be saved in the database)

    4. Download the latest copy of X and upload it to your themes folder via FTP OR you can upload the x.zip via Appearance -> Themes section.

    5. Latest version of Cornerstone will be installed automatically when you head over X Addons section. Now you try validating your X theme again and then try to install any other extension and it should function properly.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are still facing issue. One of your plugin might interfering.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let u know if you find anything.

    Hi there,

Please remove ‘Category IDs’ from Customize -> Ethos -> BLOG OPTIONS.

    Hope it helps.
