    Hi There,

    Thanks for posting and and giving us your site URL.
    We do have Popover and Tooltip available when you set link to ON for image element. But that is not exactly the same on your sample link. We can easily achieve that using Essential Grid bundled plugin. Just choose the best skin that suit your needs. This might help:http://essential.themepunch.com/documentation/

    Thanks Lely – I’m looking through and see the various settings, but can’t quite see how to include an image with text and make it “pop up” – any suggestions? Thanks so much for your help !!

    Hi There,

    Upon installing the essential grid plugin, you can check the skins available then edit the lightbox or the pop to show a text and image.

    The link above would help you to achieve or customize essential grid.
