MbzoParticipantHi, I installed popup builder and sucessfully integrated into an Ethos child theme as so:
(wp-index.php)
<?php get_header(); ?>
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[sg_popup id=”1″]’); ?>
Unfortunately, after an upgrade, popup builder is no longer working.
According to this post https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/how-to-do-a-popup/ there is something called ConvertPlug Addon compatible with cornerstone and X.
Is there a simple popup that works with X? Concept: image/message that loads onceDecember 20, 2016 at 4:17 pm #1299824

MbzoParticipantThanks. I installed ConvertPlugin and set up a very simple modal (static image in a window). Smart Launch = Yes.
But nothing appears.December 21, 2016 at 6:29 am #1300445
JoaoModeratorHi There,
Click on Wp Admin Dashboard > Convertplug > Modals and make sure it is live not paused.
If that does not work please provide your wp admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a closer look.
Thanks
Joao

MbzoParticipantAha, forgot to PUBLISH the modal! Solved.
The publish option could be a very visible red or green button in capital letters. Near a SAVE BUTTON (current save options looks like a download icon?)

JoaoModeratorHi There
I Agree with you, you could send the suggestion to the plugin developer.
I am glad we managed to help.

MbzoParticipantThanks Joao, will do.
A small detail I might have missed – is there an option to close the modal popup other than clicking a close button?
For example, “press any key” or “click anywhere on the screen outside the modal”December 22, 2016 at 1:38 pm #1301991
JoaoModeratorI believe there is an option to mark there where you can click anywhere outside the modal and it should close.
If you take a look on the popup builder dashboard | Closing link you should find it.
Hope it helps
