    What’s the pop up newsletter plugin you have and where can I find a video tutorial on it?

    I clicked on install on ConvertPlugn in the addons area on my theme and it says Error encountered as you can see in the attached image. And there’s an attachment to show what window shows when I click ‘details’

    What do i do to install it?

    on the website i’m trying to install convertplug into, i dont have the option to ‘revoke the validation’ like it says on point number 2. Any ideas?

    Hi There,

    #2 means go to Addons, on the lowest part you can see Revoke validation link. See attached screenshot.
