KristoffParticipantAs great as Ubermenu is there’s always something that’s a big frustrating to style.
To be honest, the Search & Cart shouldn’t be nested under Ubermenu’s div.
Both of these elements aren’t classified as “navigation” and it would be a lot cleaner to style these outside the ubermenu container.
If anyone else agrees please up-vote this.

ChristianModeratorHey Kristoff,
Please see https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-ubermenu/ for details on using UberMenu with X especially the Troubleshooting section.
Thanks.

KristoffParticipantHi Christian,
I’ve gone through the documentation extensively.
While it’s very easy to obtain the desired style on desktop it’s a major frustration to only display Cart & Search when the menu is “active” on mobile.Unfortunately the same issue arises when using the X Theme Menu as well. (Cart & Search displays after user taps the hamburger).
It would be ideal to provide the functionality for the Cart & Search elements to be visible @ all times. (Thus separate it 100% from the menu dependencies).
Granted this can absolutely be achieved, however, it would be beneficial to the less technical community members for this to be easy to accomplish with limited coding knowledge.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. I understand what you are referring. Yes that could be a choice but most of the users want to keep them under menu and our designer assessed better UX along with the user’s choice. So I believe the way it works is pretty usual. We are still open for feedback from our customer and you might know how we value our customer feedback. Let’s keep them coming.
Cheers!
