    Hello there,

    I’ve searched the forum for this issue, and the common suggestion; to delete the plugin, then install it from the HOME menu, is not working.
    I get the error for the two plugins mentioned below:
    An error occurred while updating LayerSlider WP: Update package not available.
    An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Update package not available.

    Please advise.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Before you can update to the latest version of the plugin, please make sure that it is compatible with X. You can find out the latest available and supported plugin by check out this page: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/
    Any plugin version that is not supported and compatible yet in X, you will have an error “Update package not available” whn updating.

    Hope this explains it.
