ElfraaParticipantDear,
I’m a beginner in wordpress and I had purchase the X theme. My template is correctly activated but when I want to activate pluggins, it requires a “purchase code” and the template “purchase code” is not accepted. Can you please inform me how can I activate template pluggins (visual composer, Ess. grid, etc…) ?
Best regards,Houssine

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for posting in.
You can’t use Theme’s purchase code to activate your plugins. You simply purchased a theme license and the themes comes with free bundled plugins.
We’re the one that will provide the updates for bundled plugins and you don’t need to activate them. But if you wish to get updates and support directly from each plugin author, then you’ll have to buy a regular license from them.
The bundled plugins are fully functional and provided as free. You don’t need to have a license for each.
The update notices you’re getting are from them and not from us. Again, if you like to get the updates from them then you’ll have to buy licenses from them.
Thanks!

goulimisParticipantDear contact,
How does this make the Plugins integrated to X?
I just purchased X, and was dumbstruck to find that I can’t directly download templates into Slider Revolutions, “which is included in X, alongside so many others for great value”… (source: http://puu.sh/pTyIb/c48e37fdbc.png or below)
How many other plugins are “included” that actually aren’t, and how can we be sure they were obtained and distributed legaly?
Please provide the activation codes for all included plugins.Kind regards,
Andreas

RahulModeratorHey There,
All the plugins are part of X theme. You can use them but some of the premium features can only be used if you have a licence code of that particular plugin.
Hope that helps.
