Hello,

I’ve just bought a second license of X theme 2 days ago. I installed Slider Revolution and fix all the system requirements but it says that I need to activate it. I read that if it is included on a theme I don’t need to activate, it should be activated automatically. What Can I do? It let me creating new sliders but not editing them. When I try to edit the sliders it take me to a blank page saying: “the page you are looking for is no longer here, or never existed in the first place (bummer). ”

I try to contact ThemePunch but they are not very helpful, they say that I want their support I need to buy the plugin as direct buyer.

Hi Romel,

We provide support for the bundled plugins, to get ThemePunch support indeed you need to purchase the plugin separably.

Slider Revolution that comes with X cannot be activated but it has all the functionalities of the purchased version.

The only difference is that you don´t have access to some premium slider templates offered by ThemePunch and that you need to upload the the free templates manually.

But the error you are experiencing do not sound like something that should be happening.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
