    I cannot activate WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder. Error reads

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /home2/honuwebd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/WP_Estimation_Form/includes/MailPoetList.php on line 28
