KevinParticipantI created my first form that utilizes the Gravity Form Signature add-on, but discovered that it only works when looking at the form preview. When embedded on a page, the signature functionality doesn’t work. After running a conflict test, I’ve confirmed that The Grid plugin is the source of the conflict. With The Grid deactivated, the signature field functions as expected.
What makes this that much more confusing is the fact that The Grid is set to only load it’s library on pages with a grid on it—which this page doesn’t have.
This is one of a few issues I’ve experienced with The Grid, so I’m going to begin looking into recreating our grids using Essential Grid to see if the results are better. However, as I make time to work on that, it would be great to have a more immediate solution.

RupokMemberHi there,
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Note that Gravity Form is a third party plugin and The Grid is our integrated plugin but not managed by Themeco as it’s also a third party plugin. So we can’t control the functionality of any of the plugin. But we can inform to The Grid about the conflict so that they can provide a solution but I can’t guarantee that would be fast. I’d suggest to use Essential Grid instead if the signature part is important.
Cheers!
