bluetroop2ParticipantI have purchased several X licenses, but am having trouble with acquiring a couple plugins I need from the Addons/Extensions collection that came with X, specifically the ConvertPlug and MailChimp plugins. I just keep getting the “error encountered” message when I try to install (screen shot attached), even though last month I successfully installed the Envira Gallery, Google Analytics and Slider Revolution plug-ins from this same collection. Now if I try to install any others, they fail.
I’m hosted with Host Gator and read somewhere they may have blocked the server where the downloads originate, so I started a trouble-ticket with them to “Please whitelist rule ID 1234234″, and they claim it’s not them blocking it.
The primary WP site domain I have is bluetroop.com, which is where I’m having trouble. I have several subdomains (test sites) under that primary domain, and all with separate X licenses and I was actually able to download those 2 specific plugins on one of the subdomains. Why not on the primary? Can you just email me those plug-ins, or what should I try?

Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Hope this helps.

bluetroop2ParticipantAnother issue… I’ve built my modal pop-ups (2) in ConvertPlug and believe I’ve set up everything correctly with Connects and those campaigns connected to MailChimp by way of my API key. However when I test, ConvertPlug Connects will record the test contacts data in ConvertPlug, but it will not pass along the data to my mail lists within MailChimp. I thought it may take a while for servers to communicate, so I waited to check again this morning and my MailChimp lists still shows 0 contacts. Have I missed any steps?

If there is a delay between the communication of servers should be something extremely short, so as you already noticed and tested this is not the issue.
Please follow carefully the documentation on this link.

Let us know if you are still facing the issue after that. Note that it is important that your fields match on your Mailchimp list and also on Convertplug in order to avoid conflict and have a successful submission.

bluetroop2ParticipantI think I forgot about the double-opt in. User enters data into pop-up modal, but then later must also confirm subscription from a separate MailChimp email sends in order to be added to the list, correct?
