Hi Hayden,

Thank you for the screenshot.
1.) Please do make sure that you have added the x-megamenu class on the parent element. See attached screenshot. Please refer to the previous link regarding the classes that will activate megamenu. If you can’t see the CSS classes box, please click Screen Option on the upper right part of the page and then under Show advanced menu properties click CSS classes.

2.) I can see that the display image is a portfolio page and then the last image is a woocommerece single product page. Applying the functionalities and design of a product page into a portfolio page is possible only with custom development which is outside the scope of our support. Both product singe pages and portfolio have different default style according to the stack you have chosen. Thank you for understanding.

Please add the following CSS:

.page-template-template-layout-portfolio .entry-thumb img {
    max-height: 330px;
}

You need to add the code in Appearance > Customize > Custom > Edit Global CSS
