Hi, I have installed the pin it button plug-ing. It used to work fine but after the latest theme update is not working properly. Once I share the image I want using the button it shows a broken link image on Pinterest. It works fine with an image located in my sidebar but it doesn’t with the photos in my posts, so I guess it has something to do with the structure of the post and the page content.
You can check my website http://www.santiagogabay.com and try to Save my profile pic located on the left, on the sidebar and then try to save any other image from the posts.
    Thanks a lot !

    Hi there,

Seems to be working on my end. Is it Pinterest on mobile? Would you mind providing a video recording?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Here you can see the video of the error : https://vimeo.com/178512066

    I tried 3 different ways.

    1) It works fine. The photo is located in the sidebar

    2) When trying to share on pinterest I get an error msg saying that the image is too small to be posted, but my image is 900 x 600 px so I don’t understand why.

    3) Using the same plugin as the first time, after posting the photo on pinterest it shows a broken link to the image. That is my main concern.

    thanks for your help !!

    Hi there,

Have you tried contacting the plugin author? X theme has no built-in feature as this and there is no limitation of how the images should be picked. And how do you enable that Save button overlaying the image? It’s not displaying on my end, is it browser extension?

    Thanks!
