Samer KParticipantI am not sure if it is theme related or not but i will post here maybe someone can help 🙂 From time to time the site would go offline and the host would tell me that it is because my “account is hitting physical memory and I\O limits frequently”
I upgraded and now have 384 RAM,
Virtual Memory Usage max 1536
I/O Usage : Max set to 2048 KB/sSite gets about 700 visits a day.
I am using php 7 and in the last email with greengeeks webhost they said “To make sure that the account’s PHP environment matches today’s industry standards, I’ve enabled “opcache” extension for your php.ini 7.0 and relevant PHP parameters, like max_execution_time and memory_limit set to maximums via cPanel’s “Select PHP version” section.
Even with the upgrade i still get the issue. “Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours Physical memory resources were limited for your siteI/O usage resources were limited for your site”
high resource usage:

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for the credentials. When it comes to determining whether or not you’re using too much resources generally you will need to look first to see if you’re experiencing any faults which is displayed in the bottom graph in the cPanel -> Resource Usage section. If you are seeing faults there’s a good chance you either need to optimize your site or possibly upgrade to a plan that provides more CPU. Optimizing such as installing and properly configuring a quality caching plugin is generally the best way to resolve the issue. I have checked your site and I don’t think you are using any plugin running on a schedule that might exhaust the physical memory. I am not sure if you are using any such script/bot though that connected with the server. I have installed a plugin to display the server status on admin footer and seems it was fine.
It would be best if you reach to your host about this and ask help as they are best to provide proper information about their server. I can assure it’s not related with X.
Cheers!
